On July 9, 2024, Liao Zhihong, Member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Director of the Jing'an District Bureau of Justice, and Secretary of the District Lawyers Industry Party Committee, led a delegation to Changlei Law Firm for a research and guidance visit. Managing Partner Liu Changlei, Party Branch Secretary Ye Ping, and all Party members participated in the research symposium.
Accompanied by the firm's leadership, Secretary Liao and the delegation first toured the firm's Hall of Honors, the distinctive "Chunlei Party Building Corner," and the general office environment. The delegation expressed high praise for the firm's beautiful, clean, comfortable, and spacious workspace, as well as its intelligent, technology-driven facilities.
At the outset of the symposium, Secretary Ye Ping presented a report on the firm's Party building initiatives. She showcased the vigorous development and achievements of the firm's Party work through four key dimensions: Party building leading firm development, culture promoting firm development, regional Party building co-construction, and public welfare services giving back to society.
Following the previous discussions, Managing Partner Liu Changlei presented a comprehensive report on the firm's development history, brand identity, legal services, and digital-intelligent construction. He specifically introduced the firm's proprietary "Chunlei 6+1" Corporate Legal Risk Control Assessment Project.

After listening to the work report, Secretary Liao engaged in cordial exchanges with other participants in the research tour to better understand the thoughts and aspirations of young lawyers.
In her concluding remarks, Secretary Liao pointed out that Changlei Law Firm is a boutique firm with a high degree of professionalism, having earned a reputation among clients and within the industry for its focus on handling difficult and complex cases. She noted that the firm has achieved fruitful results in cultural development and brand building; while cherishing its reputation ("feathers"), it maintains the persistence of a legal professional, shaping a positive social image for the lawyer industry.
Secretary Liao praised the firm's model where Party building leads firm development, noting that the two mutually promote and complement each other brilliantly. She emphasized that Party building activities are not isolated but should be intrinsically linked to the firm's development. She further acknowledged the firm's effective participation in regional Party building co-construction and expressed hope that Changlei Law Firm will continue to contribute wisdom and strength to the joint construction of the Jing'an Daning Region Law Firm Alliance.
