On March 20, the Shanghai Municipal Government Grassroots Legislative Consultation Point Work Conference, guided by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice and hosted by the Shanghai Enterprise Confederation (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Enterprise Confederation"), was held in the lecture hall of China Railway 24 Bureau Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Railway 24 Bureau"). Lawyer Ye Ping, Secretary of the Party Branch of Changlei Law Firm, was invited to attend the meeting as a trustee.
At the meeting, the Shanghai Enterprise Confederation commended the outstanding collectives and outstanding individuals who were awarded the 2023 legislative work consultation points. Four units including China Railway 24 Bureau won the Excellent Consultation Point, four people including Liu Changlei, Director of Changlei Law Firm, won the Excellent Proposer, four people including Pang Huiqin, Secretary General of the Changning District Enterprise Federation, won the Excellent Worker, and four people including Xu Wenyan, Government Affairs Manager of Shanghai Shengqu Technology Group, won the Excellent Informant.
The Shanghai Enterprise Confederation hopes that the commended outstanding collectives and individuals will cherish the honor, make continuous efforts, continuously strengthen the motivation and ability to participate in legislative work, create more advanced experiences that can be learned, replicated and referenced, and make new contributions to the legislative cause of the Shanghai Municipal Government; other consultation points should take the commended units and individuals as examples, actively participate in the legislative work of Shanghai, establish and improve work mechanisms, and make new efforts to promote the rule of law and build a first-class business environment.
During the meeting, Xu Jiadong, acting on behalf of the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice, fully affirmed and expressed sincere gratitude for the contributions made by the Shanghai Enterprise Confederation's grassroots legislative liaison points to the government's legislative cause. He extended heartfelt congratulations to the award-winning collectives and individuals and proposed three suggestions for future work:
