On July 31, 2024, Pan Bingqing, Deputy Mayor of Pengpu Town, Jing'an District, led a delegation including Xu Yawen, Deputy Director of the Business Environment Office, to Changlei Law Firm for a research visit. The visit aimed to discuss ways to better serve enterprises and continuously optimize the business environment. At the beginning of the symposium, Secretary Ye first expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the Pengpu Town Party Committee and Government for their care and support of Changlei Law Firm. Secretary Ye introduced to Deputy Mayor Pan and the delegation the series of specialized lectures the firm has held for Pengpu Town since last year. These include sessions for business operator training classes, Multimedia Park business environment partner day activities, and tailored topics for the Pengpu Town Chamber of Commerce such as "Rule of Law is the Best Business Environment" and "Case Studies on Preventing and Resolving Legal Risks." She highlighted the firm's proprietary "Chunlei 6+1 – Corporate Legal Risk Control Assessment Project."
